A daily multivitamin with botanical ingredients. Mavlo's Complete Multivitamin combines vitamins A, C, D and E, B vitamins, minerals, and botanical blends in a convenient two-capsule serving. Each bottle contains 60 capsules (30 daily servings).

Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Vitamins and minerals: Vitamin A (as Beta-Carotene) 600 mcg RAE; Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 150 mg; Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 10 mcg; Vitamin E (as DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 13.5 mg; Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine Mononitrate) 7 mg; Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin) 7.5 mg; Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) 30 mg NE; Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 7.5 mg; Folate (as Folic Acid) 680 mcg DFE; Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 27 mcg; Biotin 300 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate) 10 mg; Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 50 mg; Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) 50 mg; Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 15 mg; Selenium (as Selenium Amino Acid Chelate) 30 mcg; Copper (as Copper Gluconate) 2 mg; Manganese (as Manganese Amino Acid Chelate) 2 mg; Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 120 mcg; Molybdenum 75 mcg.
Health Support Blend (170 mg): Lutein (Tagetes erecta flower), Lycopene (Lycopersicum esculentum fruit), Stinging Nettle Root Extract, Saw Palmetto Fruit.
Immune Support Blend (110 mg): Echinacea purpurea aerial powder, Beta Glucan (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Spirulina Powder, Garlic Bulb.
Antioxidant Fruit & Energy Blend (190 mg): Green Tea Leaf Extract, Chinese Hawthorn Fruit Powder, Cassia Cinnamon Bark, Bilberry Fruit Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Black Currant Fruit Extract, Pomegranate Fruit Extract.
Other ingredients: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
